演讲摘要:

In the paper,the temperature and pressure distributions of a new 3D simulating environment device with irregular configuration were investigated for the aim of structure optimization. Firstly,the three-dimensional heat and mass transfer characteristics of this device with basic design were analyzed using the standard k-ε turbulent model by numerical method. The simulation results revealed the deficiency on airflow flied and temperature and pressure distributions. Secondly,in order to get better temperature and pressure fields,the configuration of air diffusion part was optimized by further simulation. Adding static pressure chamber and air diffusion perforation plate,the temperature and pressure distributions were greatly improved,the temperature gradient decreased from 3 ℃ to 1℃,and the pressure gradient decreased to 0.5% of the former. Moreover,the air outlet velocity was investigated at different air diffusion perforation ratio. The further numerical results show that temperature and pressure fields can be greatly influenced by both perforation plate and air velocity. Increasing orifices on air diffusion perforations plate and decreasing air velocity are


more favorable to improve the airflow field,the temperature field and the pressure field of this device.
