Zehnder Infinity II comes into market
To enhance the antisepticising capability of radiator,to adapt the water quality in China heating system,Beijing Zehnder co.,the leading company of new type radiator in China market,developed a new kind of antisepticised radiator—“Zehnder Infinity II”,as the upgrade version of “Zehnder Infinity”,and that would come into the market in June 2005.
“II” means the second generation,double coats,two-line defenses. It adopts unique coat technique,a more advance,complex technique and better antisepticising capability. Zinc-chromium abiocoat in the first coat will solidify in the oven that is in 320℃. It can be tightly integrated with the material,uneasily to be desquamated. The second(red) coat is organic colophony which can solidify in 180℃. This coat will prevent water sinking through pore. The double coats shape double protection,and can make the radiator safer and more antisepticised. It can be applicable in all heating system with no more maintenance.
为近一步加强散热器的防腐性能，更好的适应中国目前采暖水质的要求，中国新型散热器的领航企业北京森德公司在2005年6月份将推出其防腐型散热器“森德无限”的升级版本：森德无限II防腐型散热器。
II代表“第2代、双涂层、双防线”，它采用了国内独一无二的双涂层工艺，技术更先进、工艺更复杂、防腐效果更好。第一层涂层（银灰色）为锌铬无机涂层，在320摄氏度以上的烘箱内烧结固化，与基材紧密结合，附着力强，不会剥落。第二层涂层（红色）为树脂有机涂层，经180摄氏度高温固化，该涂层起到封闭第一层涂层可能存在的毛细孔的作用，避免水通过毛细孔渗透到基材表面。两个涂层紧密融合，双层保护，令散热器具有更强的防腐能力，更加安全。由于其无与伦比的超强的防腐性能，它可以安全的适用于所有采暖系统，无需维护。
