Chigo “Big buster” got down the line
In June 25th 2005,Two Chigo commercial screw air conditioners ”Big buster” hadpassed the final detective process and are ready for market. It is said that Chigo had already won an order in Shenzhen market. An office building will adopt these two systems in design. Chigo SLG960/T and SLG1600/T gain a 18 million RMB order in total. The single refrigerating capacity of SLG1600/T screw air conditioner reaches to 1600KW,that is equivalent to the total amount of 640 sets comment 1P air conditioner. This set is 2.6 meters’ height,4.6 meters’ width,and the maximum diameter of the copper pipe is 0.133 meter.
It is introduced by Peng jianhua,the minister of Chigo commercial air conditioner department that the vendee had not only high demand on the date of the consignment,the production technique,but also smart appearance. So our staffs keep every process prefect. Now the two busters have passed the final detection successfully. It is no doubly proud for the whole Chigo working system.
2005年6月25日，志高生产的两台“巨无霸”商用螺杆机组顺利完成最后一道检测工序并顺利合格下线。据悉，该批机组为深圳市场带回一栋大型写字楼的工程订单，工程方采用志高SLG960/T和SLG1600/T螺杆机组各两台，订单金额约为180万元。SLG1600/T螺杆机组单台制冷量高达1600KW，相当于640台一匹的普通家用空调制冷量的总和。该机组外身高达2.6米，宽4.6米，其中用到的最大的铜管直径达13.3厘米。
据商用空调事业本部部长助理彭建华介绍，此两台螺杆机的生产不但要求交货期紧，而且对生产工艺水平要求也非常高，外型也要求美观，所以制造厂员工在生产过程中每一步骤都务必做到精益求精。现在这两台庞然大物检测合格并顺利下线，对志高的生产系统来讲，无疑是感到无比自豪的。
