Air condition coolant gets new progress
HCFC-22(R22)which is widely used in air-condition industry and heat pump industry will do harm for ozonosphere and engender greenhouse effect. So the whole air-condition industry has to face a big subject-- to develop a new kind of coolant and make it merchandizing.
In international market,there are two substitution schemes. One protests HFCs as the substitution,America and Japan as the representatives. The other protests natural coolant,German and some north-European countries as the representatives. The first scheme has considered the balance among safety,its performance and the environment. But some disadvantages are still in existence,as it must under high work pressure,and has to converse to POE,who has less absorbing and proliferating ability than mineral oil,for its insoluble with mineral oil when the temperature lower down. Furthermore the GWP of HFCs is also very high. It has a high demand in the design of refrigeration system and the system manufacturing.
空调器及热泵行业目前广泛使用的制冷剂HCFC-22(R22),对地球空气臭氧层有破坏作用,产生大气温室效应,因而研制新型替代制冷剂并使之商品化,已成为制冷空调行业所面临的共同课题。
对于HCFC-22在国际上有两条替代技术方案:一条以美国、日本为代表,主张采用氟化烃类(HFCs)作为替代物,另一条则以德国和北欧的部分国家为代表,主张采用天然制冷剂作为替代物。HFCs替代物综合考虑了安全、性能和环境要求之间的平衡,发展前景较好。但此类替代物的工作压力偏高,有温度滑移、热力特性稍有下降、与矿物油不相溶而需将润滑油更换为酯类油(POE),而酯类油的高吸水性、起泡和扩散性等均不如矿物油优越。因而HFCs类替代物对制冷系统设计、系统制造提出了更高的要求,并且仍然具有较高的GWP(地球变暖系数)值。
