The Largest Heating Engineering Transforming Coal To Natural Gas Constructed In Xi＇ning
Engineering of natural gas central heating in HuTai region—the largest engineering transforming coal to natural gas of XiNing,has been constructed in June 2005.
HuTai had been listed one of the central heating region ever,the design heating scale was 630 thousands m2,actualized to central heating since 1987,the heating area is 320 thousands m2 and heating capacity is 28MW. After 18 years running,the boiler equipments of the system have been aging seriously,so the running cost become expensive,and the thermal efficiency become lower. As a result,the heating quality cannot be ensured. According to arrangement of leading team,HuTai central heating region has been listed one of the first group-reconstructed units,and also be the national debt engineering.
The project will construct a new ferroconcrete structure stokehold which area will be 1421 m2,setting two thermal exchange stations and 3 gas-fired hot water boilers in it. The tubing will have relevant union drawing,virescence and subsidiary establishments.
西宁市目前最大的煤改气工程——虎台地区天然气集中供热工程于2005年6月动工开建。
城西区虎台地区曾被列入集中供热地区之一，供热设计规模为63万平方米，于1987年实施集中供热，供热面积达32万平方米，供热能力为28ＭＷ，是目前为止西宁市惟一的联区供热工程。经过18年的营运，该供热系统的锅炉设备严重老化，运行成本增大，且热效率偏低，已无法保证供暖质量。根据西宁市煤改气领导小组办公室煤改气计划安排，虎台地区集中供暖区被列为第一批煤改气单位，该工程已列为西宁市重点基础设施建设工程，也是西宁市最大的煤改气工程并列入国债项目。
该工程在原西宁市供热公司场址上新建面积1421平方米的钢筋混凝土排架结构锅炉房一座，内设换热站两座，安装14ＭＷ燃气热水锅炉三台；改建热气管网还有相应的总图、绿化和附属配套设施。
