Three breakthroughs in the operation of first building with Solar energy
A few days ago,the first building with solar energy of demonstration has been built up in Beijing and got a successful run synthetically. This Sangpu building which located in Beijing Dayangfang,is a key projects of 2008 Green Olympics in Beijing. Energy consumption of this building were provided by solar energy,even including electric power system,heating system,air conditioner system,hot water supply system,etc.. After the test of operation in last winter,the practical temperature in the room had exceeded 22 ℃ in winter,all systems were on normal operation. This operation indicates that our country had get a great breakthrough on the technology of civil solar energy utilizing.
Luo Zhentao,a professor,who is the director of solar energy utilizing professional committee introduced that the successful operation of this building had got three great break-throughs. On one hand,the operation had made the single hot water supply change to the comprehensive utilizing " air conditioner,heating,hot water " and have formed the foundation of popularizing on a large scale; On the other hand,it had made the merging electricity generation by solar energy come true,and verified the commercial value of the electricity generation system of solar energy; besides these two hands,it had achieved a integration of solar energy and building,and given us certain reference meanings of the development of real estate in the future。
日前,国内首座太阳能综合利用示范楼在北京建成并试运行成功。坐落在北京市大羊坊的桑普中国太阳能第一楼,是2008北京绿色奥运的重点示范工程。楼内的能耗全部由太阳能系统自给,包括供电系统、供暖系统、空调系统、热水供应系统等。经过去年一冬的考验,冬季的室内实测温度已经达到22摄氏度以上,所有工作系统均正常运作。此举标志着我国在民用太阳能综合利用技术上实现了重大突破。
中国太阳能热利用专业委员会主任罗振涛教授介绍,该楼的成功运行实现了三个重大的突破。一方面,实现了太阳能由单一的热水供应到“空调、采暖、热水”的综合利用,形成了大范围推广利用的基础;另一方面,实现了太阳能并网发电,验证了太阳能发电系统的商用价值;再一方面,解决了太阳能与建筑的一体化问题,对未来的房地产开发有一定的借鉴意义。
