According to terrestrial heat condition and characteristic of construction energy afford,during the tan days of July 2005,Shandong Fenghai Limited Company cooperated with Beijing Industry University to develop key technology for that achieve advanced level domestic,and will put 5000 air-conditioning units annual in to production. This engineering has past the experts check up,and filled up the Industrialization blankness in the part of China.
The ground source heat pump uses terrestrial heat resource in low underground,can both heating and refrigerating and afford living hot water. Usually,consumes energy of 1 kWh electrical power,user can get heating or cool equal to about 4 kWh power. The running cost is less than traditional product over 60 percents,and the longevity is more than 25 years.
The ground source heat pump air-conditioning system has good foreground in our country,but there have not large size product line domestic,and degree of homebred is low. So the establishment of this engineering can promote not only the development of terrestrial heat resource and correlative products,but also the structure adjustment of resource & energy using industry and the development of environment protection project.
2005年6月下旬，山东海利丰地源热泵有限公司与北京工业大学根据我国的地热状况和建筑供能特色，创新开发出具有多项自主知识产权的地源热泵关键技术，达到国内领先水平，并将投产形成年产5000台地源热泵空调机组的建设规模。该工程项目已通过专家评审，填补了我国在这方面产业化的空白。
地源热泵是一种利用地下浅层地热资源的、既可供热又可制冷并提供生活热水的节能环保的先进技术。通常，地源热泵消耗1度电的能量，用户可以得到相当于4度电左右的热量或冷量，其运行费用比传统产品低60％以上、寿命达25年以上。
地源热泵空调系统在我国前景看好，但国内还没有大规模的生产线，国产化程度也不高。这一项目建成后，能推动我国地源热泵空调以及地热资源的开发和相关产业的发展，并促进我国资源与能源利用产业的结构调整和环保事业的发展。
