Incomplete environmental protection of refrigerant’s substituent for environmental protection
A report that the United Nations announced a few days ago,points out: over the last 20 years,progressively various countries reduce the use of the chlorine Fluorine carbon chemical compound in refrigerator,air conditioner,foamed plastics,spray pharmaceutical and diluent,which destroy the ozone layer,and use hydrogen Fluorine carbon chemical compound and the whole Fluorine carbon chemical compound instead. But the last two substituting material were also proved to cause greenhouse effects at present,and greenhouse gas that they produce account for 5% global greenhouse gas at present.
The present question is that even though we protect the ozone layer and have made a better result. we are still making the earth warm . Although it is hard to protect ozone layer and reduce climatic change simultaneously,international community should take some measure of remedying to reduce the negative effect of the substituent .
All countries over the world had reached the Montreal Protocol and exercised restraint in using the CFC in 1987. Before this,the scientist finds that the black hole on the ozone layer,which protect the earth from the ultraviolet radiation injury,these black holes increase the chance of cutaneum carcinoma and injure possibility of crops caused by sun ultraviolet ray.
联合国日前公布的一份报告指出, 过去20年来,各国逐步减少了在电冰箱、空调机、泡沫塑料、喷雾剂和稀释剂中使用对臭氧层有破坏作用的氯氟碳化合物,改用氢氟碳化合物和全氟碳化合物,但后两种替代物质目前也被证明会导致温室效应,而且它们产生的温室气体目前占全球温室气体总排量的5%。
现在的问题是,我们保护臭氧层,并取得了较好的效果,但是我们却仍在使地球变暖。尽管保护臭氧层与减少气候变化不容易兼顾,但是国际社会还是需要采取一些补救性措施,减少替代物的负面影响。”
1987年世界各国达成蒙特利尔议定书限制使用氯氟烃。此前,科学家发现保护地球免受紫外线辐射伤害的臭氧层中出现黑洞,这些黑洞增加了太阳紫外线造成皮肤癌和伤害农作物的可能性。
