Intelligentize Laboratory Of Construction Established In Beijing
Building auto-controlling system laboratory and VAV air-conditioning laboratory of Bejing Construction Engineering Institute is tenable in June 2005. The establishment of these two laboratories enrich the strength of construction intelligentize research center,and let teachers and students can complete hardware and software experiment for all kinds of building controlling system in 500 m2 space,also can experience the running mechanism of VAV air-conditioning.
“This is a advanced all-round construction intelligentize laboratory countrywide,will make important effect for development of construction intelligentize education” said by GuoWeijun,who is direct of Committee of Construction and Building Automatization of China Automatization Academy Intelligentize.
Building auto-controlling system of building auto-controlling system laboratory uses BACnet of Aiton American. The system sets more than 20 local controllers,one net controller and one central controller. The VAV air-conditioning laboratory sets two units that can supply heating and cooling.
2005年6月，北京建筑工程学院楼宇自控系统实验室、VAV变风量空调实验室正式揭牌成立。这两个实验室的建立充实了该校建筑智能化实验研究中心的实力，使教师和学生们可以在一个500平方米的空间内，完成一幢大楼所需要的各种楼宇控制系统的硬件和软件实验，并能体验与实际完全一致的VAV变风量空调系统的运行机制。
“这是全国领先的综合性建筑智能化实验室，对推动建筑智能化教育的发展将起到关键的作用。”中国自动化学会智能建筑与楼宇自动化专业委员会郭维钧主任说。
楼宇自控系统实验室的楼宇自控系统采用美国艾顿的BACnet楼控系统产品，系统共设置了20多个现场控制器，一个网络控制器和一个中央控制站。VAV变风量空调实验室设置了两台与实际大小完全一致的风冷式变频热泵冷水机组，并可为实验研究中心提供冷、热源。
