Ice refrigeration technique will be popularized in Guangdong province
Making ice in night,and the ice sends out refrigeration in the daytime. This new “store ice” air condition technique will be popularized in Guangdong province. Learning from power saving on air condition meeting held in Guangzhou on July 27th 2005,Guangdong Economic and trade committee building has already used this “store ice” air condition. Guangdong Economic and trade committee is now drawing corresponding criterion to encourage enterprises to join the air condition alteration and to drive some sample projection.
It is reported that newly-built building will adopt this cooling technology in prior. Old electricity-cooling system will also be changed to ice-store system to avoid using power in rush hours. In this way can the relax the power shortage.
Guangdong province now is implement electricity “hill and dale” price,using the discriminatory price(3.16：1) decompress the power load. The “ice-store air condition” can make the air cool in the night and releases the cool air in the daytime. And in the places such as large marketplaces,hotels,hospitals,commercial buildings,it will saves more energy.
夜晚利用低谷电力制冰，白天靠冰块送冷，这种新型的蓄冰空调技术将在广东省积极推广。从2005年7月27日广州召开的空调节电技术研讨会上获悉，广东省省经贸委办公大楼已率先进行蓄冰空调技术改造试点。在空调节电技术方面，广东省省经贸委正在制订相关政策措施，鼓励和引导企业进行空调节能技改，推动一批样板项目的建设。
据悉，今后新建的大型使用中央空调的建筑物将优先采用蓄冰节能空调技术；对已建的电制冷中央空调将采用蓄冰空调技术改造，避峰填谷，最大限度地缓解电力紧张。
为充分利用价格杠杆“削峰填谷”，广东省目前实行峰谷电价，峰谷电差价为3.16：1，蓄冰空调可以在夜间使用谷价电，达到白天峰价电同样的制冷效果，对使用大功率空调的商场、酒店、医院、写字楼等大型场所，节能效益尤其明显。
