China Plan The New Distribution Of World Wild Energy Source
The commercial war between China Sea Petroleum and Chevron for oil has extended from American to Australia,so China enterprises’ behavior to carry out the layout of world energy source and plan the cooperation of world energy source has caught the world’s eyes.
In order to break through the confine of oil in the development of China economic,take part in exploiting of oil and gas field of foreign,purchasing the asset of foreign oil and gas field and importing foreign oil and gas resource,the important countermeasure is actualizing extroversion development strategy.
Doctor Lee Zuojun,from the Development Research Center of State Council,says that making use of the low exploitation cost of oil and gas field out of China to approach international market and carry out countries operation would be the main strategy of China oil development. Zhou Hongchun thinks that the new strategy should pay attention to regional,the area Rusher to Middle Asian had rich oil and gas resource,especially,Kazakhstan is the way China enterprise to develop oil in Caspian Sea,and Kazakhstan also has meaning to cooperation,we should treasure it.
