The Cleaner Of Central Air Conditioner Comes Out In Shanghai
A " cleaner of central air conditioner " which totally had the independent intellectual property right was born in Donghua University,it fill the technological blank of washing field in the central air conditioner in our country. The size of " the robot washing air conditioner pipeline " is similar to dust catcher of the family,there are four pieces of track on its four feet,and can be from head to foot in the step 9 centimetres high,it is out of question as for slope. Its great ability is to grabble to all corner of central air conditioner freely,even reach in the different forms ventilation pipeline to clean the rubbish,and remove the bacterium,virus in each corner through the video system,then spray various disinfect liquid .
According to professor Mao LiMin,who is the principal of this project,mechanical institute's vice-president of Donghua University introduces: to aim at the domestic situation,Donghua University’s s robot with foot-path,developed by itself,not only can solve pipeline robot’s difficult problems as to adapt pipeline’s environment such as no equal diameter or varing section,but also can be used in rectangle and different diameter round ventilation pipeline’s cleaning,video measuring,spraying and disinfecting. At present,both at home and abroad there are several large-scale public cleaning companies had negotiated the technological cooperation issues with Professor Mao.
一个完全具有自主知识产权的“中央空调清道夫”在东华大学诞生，填补了我国在中央空调清洗这一领域的技术空白。这个 “空调管道清洗机器人”和家用的吸尘器差不多大小，四个脚上有四条履带，能够在9厘米高的台阶上上下下，至于坡度更加不成问题。它的最大的本领就是能顺畅自如地爬到中央空调的各个角落，甚至到各种形状的通风管道中清扫管道中的垃圾，并且通过视频系统清除各个角落里的细菌、病毒，喷涂各种消毒液。
据该项目研究负责人，东华大学机械学院副院长毛立民副教授介绍，针对国内的情况，东华大学自行研制的“自主变位四履带足机器人”能很好地解决管道机器人适应非等径、变截面管道环境难题。而且是可用于矩形和不同直径的圆形通风管道的清扫、视频检测、喷涂消毒的多功能管道清洗机器人。已有数家国内外大型保洁公司与毛教授洽谈技术合作问题。
