The first energy-conserving buildings in Shanghai start constructing.
The first office buildings that have five power-saving technologies went into operation in Pujiang,Minhang district,Shanghai on August 28th 2005. Compared with traditional buildings,the energy-saving healthy office buildings can save about 65% energy.
Lied on Pujiang high Scien-tech ecological industry park,"Pujiang Zhigu " is a park that specialized in intelligent industry researching and service for office buildings. It takes up an area of 1100 mou,with first-phase 300 mou. This office buildings integrate five major power-saving technology,including ripe practical outside heat preservating walls in the world nowadays,outside sunshade windows,100% new trend,inside pipes and ground source heat pump. Thereinto,inside pipes are those laying inside the floorslab,with the diameter of 16 mm - 20 mm,the interval between 200 mm-300 mm. Immitted 26℃ hot water in winter,2℃—18℃ cold water in summer,the pipes can make the indoor temperature comfortable for people at 20℃ above in winter,26℃ below in summer,by radiating. Ground source heat pump system works as soil heat exchanger,absorbing heat from the soil when it is heating and releasing when refrigerating.

位于浦江高科技园内的“浦江智谷”生态工业服务园区是一个专用于智慧型产业研发和办公的服务园区，占地1100亩，首期开发面积约300亩。这里的办公楼将把当今国际上成熟实用的外保温墙体、外遮阳窗、100％新风、楼板埋管和地源热泵等五大节能技术来个大集成。其中，楼板埋管系统是指在楼板内铺设直径为16毫米—20毫米、间距为200毫米—300毫米的水管，水管内冬天注入26℃的热水，夏季注入2℃—18℃的冷水，通过辐射使室内温度控制在冬季不低于20℃、夏季不高于26℃的人体舒适范围。地源热泵系统的工作原理就像土壤热交换器，供热时从土壤中抽取热量，供冷时向土壤释放热量。
