Few people is interested in introduced energy-saving technique in Hunan province
On one hand,economizing society is called for,on the other hand,some factors restrict the application of the new energy technology like solar,terrestrial heat,also the economization on oil,water,electricity.
Learning from Hainan technology exchange center on August 29th 2005,before 2005 Spring Festival,the center had brought back 83 energy-saving technique items as scientific support for the boosting the economizing society. But to their surprise,none of these 83 items had made a deal except for some inquires.
Guan Qijing,the director of Hainan technology exchange center,pointed out that two things made this matter happened. First,people do not have enough consciousness of energy saving. Secondly,government do not do much in inducting,no preferential policy is published to stimulate the promotion. He also said,Hainan technology exchange center would make more efforts to popularize these techniques through every field in Hainan,by repacking the items,enlarging promotion degree,organizing promoting exhibitions.
一方面是倡导建设节约型社会，一方面是节油、节水、节电，以及太阳能、地热能利用等新能源技术被束之高阁。
2005年8月29日从海南省技术交易中心了解到，该中心2005年春节前，省技术交易中心组织带回来83项节能技术，以期为省建设节约型社会提供科技支持，更好地推进节约型社会建设。但是，令人想不到的是，这83项技术组织回来后，除了有一些人前来咨询外，至今没有一项技术在海南省成交。
出现这样的问题，海南省技术交易中心主任官启锦分析说，首先是人们缺少节能意识， 其次是政府引导不够，没有相应的优惠政策激励节能技术推广。官启锦表示，海南省技术交易中心正在重新包装这83项节能技术，准备进一步加大推广力度，组织一个专场的节能技术推广展览会，让这些节能技术走入海南社会经济生活的各个领域。
