Potential electricity-saving space of public buildings is large
The investigation on the central air condition installation in construction of magnitude organized by experts in Beijing,found out that the majority of the rooms can not save power even the temperature is heighten.
The experts pointed out,the dropdown of the indoor temperature relied on the exchange of the air and the cooling water produced by the refrigeration unit of air condition. If the temperature of the cooling water doesn't rise as the indoor air,the energy can not be saved.
Besides,the waste of the energy also occurs in practice as the central air condition system in most large buildings installing spare units.
Jiang Yi,the director of Tsing-Hua University Construction Science department,thought that a popular problem is non-turnoff of valve in (spare units) cooling water system,that lead to a extra energy consumption. Taking a building with 30-40 thousand square meters as an example,one or two hundred degrees power wastes just within one hour.
The experts suggest that the temperature of cooling water be above 9 degree so that the energy consumption can reduce by 30%. Spare valve in cooling water system should be shut up in order to avoid unnecessary consumption.
北京市组织专家对安装中央空调的大型建筑进行调查时发现,多数建筑房间温度虽然调高了,但并没有达到节电的目的。
专家指出,室内降温是通过空调制冷机房产生的冷冻水与空气交换实现的,室温调高后,机房中相应的冷冻水的温度如不相应提高,用于制冷的电量就不会减少。
此外,由于多数大型公共建筑的中央空调系统都安装了备用机组,在实际操作中也存在浪费电能的现象。
清华大学建筑科技系主任江亿认为,现在的普遍问题是(备用机组的)冷却水系统阀门都没关,结果要消耗大量的电耗去驱动(备用机组)水泵,一般一个三四万平方米的大楼,一个小时就(浪费)一二百度电。
专家建议,将冷冻水温度调到9度以上,空调的耗电量可以降低30%。不用的冷冻机的阀门一定要关死,避免不必要的能量消耗。
