Bosi Water Heater Is Retreating From China Market Silently
Since April 2005,Bosi water heater began to retreat from China market stepwisely. However,Bosi group still do not like to let it known to consumer till August 29th,2005. Some one said,Bosi hope to announce it after liquidation sale. Bosi group express that they will guarantee five years repair after sale,but the life-span of water heater is about 10 years usually,how can consumer do after five?
“Safe Management Code for Burning Instrument”,came on by National Quality&Technology supervise Bureau,prescribe definitely that: Since sale date,the rejected fixed years of water heater is six. And the condition in China is that: The rejected quantity on time is very little,the life-span of water heater is usually 10 years. Weather the consumer can get parts of Bosi water heater after 5 years? No one can give answer.
Refer to repair after sale,Yukui Wang,assistant secretary-general of China Home Wiring Repair Association,advised that,the producer should support compulsory parts service in guarantee period,also,consumers can require home wiring shop to support repair service in this period.
从2005年4月起，博世热水器就开始有步骤地从中国市场撤柜。然而，直到2005年8月29日，博世集团依然不愿将此公之于众。有人士表示，博世集团希望在清完库存后再对外宣布。尽管博世集团方面表示，将保证该产品5年的售后维修，但热水器一般寿命都在10年，5年后消费者怎么办？
国家质量技术监督局出台的《家用燃气燃烧器具安全管理规程》明确规定：“燃气具从售出当日起，人工燃气热水器的报废年限为6年”。而中国的国情更是：按时报废数量很少，燃气热水器使用寿命一般达到10年。消费者在5年后是否还能买到博世热水器相关的零配件？目前没有人能回答这个问题。
对于售后维修问题，中国家电维修协会副秘书长王裕奎建议，在产品三包期内厂家有义务给消费者提供零配件服务；在此期限内，国家还规定“谁经销，谁负责”，消费者也可以要求国美、苏宁、大中等家电卖场提供维修服务。
