New Technological Radiator Can Clear Up Alkali
A new kind of Radiator with double coats and defence lines was invented in August Beijing,it is produced for water with high content of alkali in Beijing. Its appearance resolves the problems of excessive high press and water jam for strange type radiator.
Double coats and defence lines is double coats technics. The first coat(silver gray) is zincum-chrome inorganic coat,sintered solidify in oven under temperature above 320℃.The second coat(red) is colophony organic coat,solidified under temperature 180℃.These two coats inosculate close with each other,and offer double protection,make radiator more anticorrosive and more safe.
This kind of radiator can be used for all heating system and need not repair because of its super anticorrosive.
Double coats technics was born used in war industry,chemical industry,petrol,auto industry,railway and bridge construction. Now,radiator enterprise use it to radiator inside coat,and the good anticorrosive ability well resolve the problem of alkali in Beijing.

双涂层，双防线就是采用双涂层工艺，第一层涂层（银灰色）为锌铬无机涂层，在320℃以上的烘箱内烧结固化，与基材紧密结合，附着力强，不会剥落。第二层涂层（红色）为树脂有机涂层，经180℃高温固化，该涂层起到封闭第一层涂层可能存在的毛细孔的作用，避免水通过毛细孔渗透到基材表面。两个涂层紧密融合，双层保护，令散热器具有更强的防腐能力，更加安全。由于其超强的防腐性能，它可以安全地适用于所有采暖系统，无需维护。
双涂层原本用于军工、化工、石油、汽车工业、铁路及桥梁建筑中的防腐高新技术——锌铬涂层防腐保护技术。现在散热器的生产企业将其用于散热器内侧涂层，良好的防腐性能很好地解决了北京地区水碱大的问题。
