Japanese Government Will Develop Hot Energy Conservation In Autumn And Winter
It is learnt about that,Japan government will develop activity of hot energy conservation in autumn and winter.
In summer 2005,Japanese government call on people to pull on dishabille in office,and turn the temperature of air conditioning to 28℃.The goal of this activity is to conserve energy and protect environment.

Investigation from a research institution,A half part of men out of 50 thousand business personnel put off Western-style clothes and tie in working time. This activity also brings unexpected gain to clothes retail trade. The male clothes’ sell increase 1.2 percent in Tokyo July,and is the highest increase in four years.
The energy conservation activity has so many advantages that the Japanese government decide to carry out “hot energy conservation”. All temperatures of central heating in public sector should be set at 20℃,and missionary from government should put more clothes,waistcoat,high collar sweater and thick socks are commendatory.
据悉，日本政府从2005夏的“凉节能”行动中尝到甜头，准备在秋冬季节继续开展“热节能”行动。
2005年夏天，日本政府号召政府和社会各界人士从6月1日到9月30日，在办公室内穿便装，男士不系领带，脱掉西服，调高空调温度到28摄氏度，节省能源，保护环境。
事实证明，日本政府的这一号召取得了很大成功。根据8月份日本一家研究机构的调查，在5万名商业人员中，将近一半的男性在工作时间内抛弃了西服和领带。这一节能行动还给日本的服装零售业带来了意外的收获。7月份东京百货商店的男装销售增长了1.2%，达到4年来最高增幅。
节能活动好处这么多，日本政府又作出决定，从10月1日起开始实行“热节能”行动。所有公共部门的暖气都要将温度设定在摄氏20度，政府工作人员必须多穿衣服。马甲背心、高领毛衣、厚袜子是政府推荐的着装。
