Heating Union Engineering In Harbin Starts To Work
The working ceremony of heating union project of Heilongjiang Qiqiha’er Thermoelectricity Company was held on the afternoon 25th August. It indicate that the project of HP in Qiqiha’er turn into the practice operating period.
It is introduced that,the project of HP in Qiqiha’er is the largest investment project these years. The first term investment of the project is 2.7 billion yuan,and will construct two suits of heating union with the ability of 300MW——the largest capability,the most advanced technology and the highest environment protection standard project in China. After the project be constructed,the heating condition in Qiqiha’er will be hugely improved.
In July 2003,Sinoelectric Group decided to construct heating power plant in Qiqiha’er. In order to step on the juice of construction speed,Sinoelectric Group affords huge suppord and fund guarantee,they adjust the planning investment from 200 million to 650 million yuan,and plan to achieve the goal that the two unions both be put in to production till 2007.
8月25日上午，备受瞩目的黑龙江华电齐齐哈尔热电有限公司2×300MW供热机组新建工程在施工现场举行了隆重的开工典礼。这标志着齐齐哈尔市中心城区热电联产项目开始进入到实际操作阶段。
据介绍，这项中心城区热电联产项目是齐齐哈尔市近年来招商引资中最大投资项目，工程一期投资27亿元人民币，建设两台300兆瓦供热机组，是目前国内单机容量最大、技术最先进、环保标准最高的供热机组。项目建成后将极大改善齐齐哈尔市的供热状况，提高集中供热水平。
2003年7月中国华电集团决定在齐齐哈尔投资建设大型供热电厂，为加快工程建设，中国华电集团对项目给予极大的支持和资金保证，将今年原计划投资2亿元调整到6.5亿元，并对原计划2008年完成全部工程建设的目标重新进行了调整，提出了力争2007年底实现两台机组全部投产发电供热的目标。
