The First Solar Oxygen Producing Air Conditioning Has Been Developed
The first solar oxygen producing air conditioning has been developed in the first ten days of October,the inventer is Mr.Du Youzhi,the manager of Lianyungang Sanying Electric Thermal Company. This air conditioning uses environment protected refrigerant,will not destroy the ozonosphere.
It is reported that Du Youzhi met Zhangyong,the owner of high temperature adjusting technique,in Shandong Solar Institute in the later of 2004. Du learnt this technique,and in March 2005,he signed a co-development agreement with Zhang. He learnt how to extend the working time of heat preservation gallbladder from 5h to 24h by paid for 200 thousand yuan. Using the knowledge he learnt,Do changed the air conditioning aspect from handwork to mechanism,the heating inside gallbladder from sheet iron to glass steel and the frothing material from plastic to ployamiclipid. Compared with the traditional air conditioning,this air conditioning can reduce power consumption more than 60%.
2005年10月上旬,首台采用太阳能为原料的绿色环保产氧空调诞生。此款太阳能空调冷媒剂利用环保型制冷剂,对臭氧层破坏潜能值(ODP)是0、全球变冷系数(GWP)为0.01,对臭氧层无破坏力。其发明者是连云港三鹰电子热能有限公司该公司总经理杜友志先生。
据悉,杜友志于04年年底,在山东郯城中大太阳能研究所,见到该项技术的发明专利人张勇。杜友志学习了该所的高温(沸晒)调温技术。05年5月份,他又果断地与张勇签订了合作开发协议,支付了20万元的技术转让金,学会如何把保温胆工作时间由5小时延长到了24小时等核心技术。利用所学,先后实现对空调外观由手工到机械、对集光采热内胆由铁皮到玻璃钢、对发泡材料由塑料到聚的改变。与传统空调相比,该空调可节约电耗60%以上。
