The New Constructed Houses Will Install Solar Water Heater
At the end of Sep. in 2005,construction committee of Dalian promulgates notification as that from Oct. 1st,2005,design and construction of all the new and remodeled lower seams and tier buildings for dwelling must be made with. It is reported that from Oct. 1st on,Dalian has carry management of putting on records for solar water heater.
In the same time,Dalian put out prescription that combination of solar water heater and construction must meet the requirement on trim and harmonious façade. On the design drawing,there must include size of solar water heater,pipe shaft,fixed embedded parts,system layout,manner of node and so on.
Referring to the notification,high – rise construction except for the new and remodeled lower seams and tier buildings for dwelling,and other public works can be designed whether using construction and design for solar water heater or not according to the requirement of developer or user. After the sending out notification,the shop drawing examination unit should do special examination for the solar water heater project. The project,which should use solar water heater but does not use,can not be passed.
2005年9月底，大连市建委下发通知，规定“自2005年10月1日起，所有新建、改建的低层(别墅)、多层住宅建筑，必须按《大连市太阳热水器建筑设计导则》进行太阳热水器一体化设计和施工”。据悉，大连市已于10月1日起对太阳热水器产品实行备案管理。
大连市同时规定，太阳热水器与建筑相结合应做到建筑立面整齐美观、协调有序；太阳热水器的规格尺寸、管道竖井、固定预埋件、系统布置、电气管线敷设、节点做法等须列入施工图纸设计内容。
据通知规定，新建、改建低层、多层住宅以外的小高层、高层住宅及其他公共建筑，可依据开发单位和使用者的要求，确定是否进行太阳热水器一体化设计和施工。通知下发后，施工图审查单位将对应采用太阳热水器的项目进行专项审查，对应设计采用太阳热水器而未设计的，不能通过设计审查。
